5-Amino-1MQ is a selective small-molecule inhibitor of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT), the enzyme implicated in adipocyte energy storage. Published peer-reviewed research has investigated its alleged role in adipocyte differentiation suppression, reduced fat-mass gain on high-fat diet, preservation of muscle mass and improvements in metabolic markers in rodent models. These are research findings only — not medical claims and not a recommendation for human use. Independently lab-tested at ≥99% purity by HPLC, with a third-party Certificate of Analysis available for every batch. Reconstitute by drawing 5ml of the included BAC water and slowly injecting it down the inside wall of the 50mg vial — never directly onto the lyophilised powder. Gently swirl until fully dissolved; do not shake. Once reconstituted, store between 2–8°C and use within 30 days. Store unopened lyophilised vials at 2–8°C, away from direct light.
