PT-141 (Bremelanotide) is a cyclic heptapeptide melanocortin receptor agonist acting primarily at MC4R in the central nervous system. Published peer-reviewed research has investigated its alleged role in central activation of sexual arousal pathways, with efficacy endpoints established in published Phase 3 trials for hypoactive sexual desire disorder. Reconstitute by drawing 3ml of the included BAC water and slowly injecting it down the inside wall of the 10mg vial — never directly onto the lyophilised powder. Gently swirl until fully dissolved; do not shake. Once reconstituted, store between 2–8°C and use within 30 days. Store unopened lyophilised vials at 2–8°C, away from direct light.
