BPC-157 + TB-500 — The 'Wolverine' Stack

Background
The 'Wolverine Stack' is the colloquial name for a co-lyophilised vial pairing 5mg BPC-157 with 5mg TB-500. The name and combination originated in athletic and bodybuilding research-chemical communities rather than in the academic literature.
Theoretical rationale
BPC-157 and TB-500 are theorised to act on complementary pathways — BPC-157 on growth-factor and angiogenic signalling (VEGF-R2, NO system), TB-500 on actin polymerisation and cell migration. The hypothesis is that combining the two produces additive or synergistic effects on tissue repair.
What is proven
Each compound individually has the preclinical evidence base described in its own article. There is no published peer-reviewed study evaluating the BPC-157 + TB-500 combination in any species — neither additive nor synergistic effects have been formally measured.
What is NOT proven
All claims of synergy between the two are anecdotal. No safety data exist for the combination. Pharmacokinetic interactions are unstudied.
Open research questions
Whether co-administration alters the absorption, distribution or clearance of either peptide is unknown. Whether the angiogenic activity of BPC-157 and the cell-migration activity of TB-500 interact productively, additively, or antagonistically has not been measured.
